should be investigated 30 contiguous areas of a town in RLP and are traced as polygons in 3D Google Earth with the help of the land value system for Rhineland-Palatinate. The results obtained should be statistically analyzed, summarized to a presentation and published in the blog.

As a church we chose from Andernach, which is about 15km north of Koblenz. The central city has about 30 000 and 25 000 in the surrounding neighborhoods.
In the first step, we have selected 30 separate areas.
In the next step, we have traced the selected areas on Google Earth and the colored polygons.
The highlight of the polygons, we used the values from the Boris and recorded for each € / m² a meter height.

For the 30 values used, we created an original list.
The first step of the evaluation was to create a table in which each value is assigned to the appropriate frequency.
The values from the table, we have recovered in a diagram to represent graphically the frequencies.
The most important data of the evaluation are presented in a summary.

In the last step we have explained why it comes to the large price differentials in the town of Andernach.
